A Baryonyx catching breakfast, nom nom
Wow, just wow
Just love the environment with the dinosaur.
I love this somber atmosphere and the Baryonyx, that is rising its head.
Good pose and poor fish. I like how you drew the water and the dinosaur`s skin. I hope the fish died quieckly.
The way you made this just makes Baryonyx look so much cooler than I usually think.
So amazing! Love everything in this painting!
There's nothing I don't like about this restoration. It's sheer perfection. All paleoart should be like this.
it's an excellent job! well done!
This is fantastic! Wonderful job on the background. And you have a great eye for detail.
That is beautiful. Everything about it is amazing.
Nice!!! This came out great! Really like the suttle red on the face.
I adore the light on this. The way it casts the Baryonyx into shadow is just so well done. Only nitpick is that the hands are the wrong way-the palms of theropod hands face inwards, and couldn't move very much like human wrists.
Still, it's very good.
Still, it's very good.
Yeah I face-palmed when I noticed that too, was actually wondering how long before someone notices hehe. Originally he was propped against a rock formation jutting out of the river but I took it out and forgot to adjust his hands accordingly. Meh Ill get around to fixing him eventually
Wow. It really is like stepping back in time. Your ability to render mood, lighting and background is quite breathtaking.
At first (on the thumbnail picture) I thought this was a CGI created snapshot, not an actually digitally painted one!! I love the angle and pose of the Baryonyx. Also the lighting and shadows look very realtistic. I love the rain battered trees in the background and the small waterfall, they all add to the atomsphere of the picture. I also love the amount of small details you've managed to squeeze into this!
Thanks much Was working on this in between projects. actually ended up with more details then originally, though looking at this now I think It could do with say a flock of birds in the distance and also a pair of turtles on the foreground branch at the lower right hand side there...
I am LOVING that background.
8O ........ *breathless*
I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!FANTASTIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!<3
This is a most impressive work of art on creatures long past!
wow, wow thats cool
The only problem with this is that I didn't paint it....
This is too awesome not to save!
Great atmosphere, I love the steely-grey color pallet, especially the clouds and distant cliffs.
